Our farm-to-table tradition goes back more than 2,000 years - with the great agricultural mastership of the Haudenosaunee.
We're rich with farms and blessed with pure waters, a tradition of inventive chefs, and a history of turning hops and wheat into distinctive ales, beers, and lagers. We have a way with distilled spirits, too. There are festivals for ribs, BBQ, cherries, strawberries, lavender, peppermint, cheeses, garlic, tomatoes, and (even) sauerkraut.
