Just because you are out of town, it does not mean that your exercise routine needs to suffer. Check out our top seven exercising adventures - all indoors!
1. Rock Climbing

There are so many benefits of using a trampoline for fitness including improving your metabolism and lowering your blood pressure, plus why not be a kid again? At Altitude Rochester you can be! Whether you stop by for the day or enlist in their boot camp, this is one workout you don’t want to miss.
So, maybe you have had some fun with beach volleyball, but now you need to try indoor volleyball at Hot Shots! With leagues going on throughout the night, it is suggested to call and find when open courts are available.
6. Indoor Waterpark
Waterslides, a wave pool and a hot tub all indoors? Say no more, it’s time to go to Cascades Indoor Waterpark! This 41,000 square foot of design waterpark is full of surprises around every corner, relax by the pool or try out the three story tube water slide!
7. Roller Skating
Get a complete aerobic work at Horizon Fun FX where families and friends alike get to roller skate while jamming out to some fun tunes! If you need a break from that fun, try their extreme laser tag or take a run up their king of the hill!
